What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name, email address, the dates of your stay and the number of guests. Payments are processed by an external provider on its own secure page; we never receive or store card details.

What we use it for

Exclusively to manage your booking: confirming availability, contacting you about the stay, processing the payment and issuing the receipt. We send no advertising and share no data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as legal, accounting and lodging-registry obligations require. You may ask us to erase any data we are no longer obliged to keep.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data by writing to admin@stayrently.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Cookies

We only use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (session and security). No advertising or tracking cookies.
