Booking requests

A booking request is not a guaranteed booking: it blocks the dates temporarily and is subject to our confirmation. You will receive our answer by email.

Payment

After confirmation we send a payment link with the deadline stated in the email. If payment is not completed within the deadline, the booking may be cancelled and the dates released.

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes are handled case by case — reply to the confirmation email or write to admin@stayrently.com.

Your stay

Check-in and check-out happen on the dates and conditions stated in the confirmation email. The number of guests may not exceed the unit's stated capacity.
